Additionally,
I gained my CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications from the
American Red Cross. I'm also a certified lifeguard. To stay
current on the latest fitness research, I regularly attend
professional conferences and workshops.
My personal exercise routine consists of 3-4
weight training sessions each week. I am a competitive runner,
and I also enjoy swimming, racquetball, and walleyball (similar
to volleyball, but played in a racquetball court). I participate
in Christina Smith's "Extreme Fitness Conditioning"
camps in Washington, DC.
I have experienced the rewards of being in
great shape. Now, my goal is to empower others to achieve
